Foxes are a common sight in London and suburban areas. They are omnivores and will eat Fruits, Small Mammals, Vegetables and almost anything that humans throw in the bin.

Foxes can sometimes venture into our gardens and properties in a search for food, water or shelter. If a fox is ill, injured or has eaten something that it shouldn't have it can die on your property which will then become your responsibility to have the fox removed. If the Fox has died on the street outside your house it may be the responsibility of your local council to remove the carcass.

What do I do if I find a Dead Fox in my garden?

Foxes can carry a variety of diseases and should not be handled without appropriate PPE such as gloves and a mask. The carcass should be disposed of as soon as possible so no other animals or domestic pets come into contact with it. Your local council can be contacted as they may offer an animal carcass removal service, alternatively you can contact a professional pest control company that can safely and responsibly remove and dispose of the carcass.

Insecta Pest Solutions provides a Dead Fox Removal service in Essex and London areas and can deliver a same day response in most cases.
